It's broken. It's the third time I try and it's stuck. The machine I log into is supposed to be blank but it already contains gcloud and seems to be initialized for another user, so it doesn't check the steps and cannot come forward.

Some commands are hard to understand when it says to replace certain variables. The brackets or some special characters are always misleading.
