Configuring IAM Permissions with gcloud Reviews

when we ssh to the VM, it has its service account as default to do the lab. We should have the user1 setup by default

I've tried this lab 5 times, and always get stuck at the same stage, where the SSH connection keeps saying that the student 1 account doesn't have the required perms. Also one instruction has text that doesn't match the example underneath. intructions say `SECOND_USER_ACCOUNT` but the text to copy says SECOND_USER_NAME
