I've worked with Kubeflow Pipelines and Kubeflow before and it is surprising after a couple of years of not using it that it still has problems installing. Notebook is broken and needs to be revisited. Bummer.

I couldn't get the pip3 install to work. The versions that the notebook wants to install appear to be way out of date. Maybe a specific VM image would work? The versions specified in the walk-through don't exist anymore.
