there no appear the vpc created 'vpc-net' for vm creation. is not possible. some trouble with the flow logs bucket creation maybe

account did not have permissions needed. was able to complete initial vpc-net and subnet, but was not available as option for VM instance network. After multiple rebuild attempts, it was determined to once again be the Zone cause issues. US-east4 needs fixed.

No matter what, I cant select another "Network Interface" than default. My VPC net and subnet doesnt display here, so I cant move on with my VM instance creation.
