Vertex AI: Training and Serving a Custom Model Reviews

There is an issue in the Model Registry portion and attempting to complete the Create Task. The "CREATE" button is grayed out and the comment box reads: "New resources can't be created in this region due to an organization policy" Probably need to update this. Thank you!
