An error prevented training from completing: "message": "service-222521833113@gcp-sa-aiplatform-cc.iam.gserviceaccount.com does not have storage.objects.get access to the Google Cloud Storage object. Permission 'storage.objects.get' denied on re' ". Looks like Vertex AI or something lacks permissions to the bucket, a subject that was not addressed in the lab.
