Unabled to complete the lab due to the lack of resource. I tried two different regions to create a user-managed notebook, but was not successful. Error Message that I got: tensorflow-2-11-20230531-201248: The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-01-26506ddef51e/zones/us-west1-b' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. please add that now you have to use custom environment since 2.6 runs on debian 10 and now all is on debian 11

tensorflow-data-validation library was not compatible with this kernel version. Could not complete the lab. Tried to download it at home also, but got the same error - ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement tensorflow-data-validation (from versions: none) ERROR: No matching distribution found for tensorflow-data-validation

The notebook's python version is 3.10 and tfdv works with 3.8 or 3.9 and when I run the cell to install tfdv it gives me the following error: ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement tensorflow-data-validation (from versions: none) ERROR: No matching distribution found for tensorflow-data-validation
