This was quite useful. Thank you. Just a quick note on "inclusivity": the part that said <Let's remove "Homemaker" from "Profession"> made me feel a bit weird as I felt it was kind of undermining the value of being a homemaker. Maybe it was better if we picked something random to remove -- possibly something with a typo??
