Introduction to TensorFlow Data Validation Reviews

That was interesting. The concept of tools for multiple developers working on the same data could have been expanded upon in the learning videos. Also, setting up the user notebook instructions needs to be revisited. It wasn't horrible, but a quick review will update some minor direction issues. Thank you Google team.
