could not install pip download tensorflow_data_validation due to vertx AI python ev=nv and tf incompetible

The tensorflow-data-validation package is only compatible with python versions 3.8 and 3.9. The Vertex AI environment uses python 3.10 and I am unable to switch to an environment that can use Tensorflow Data Validation rendering the tutorial useless. I wouldn't mind if this was a free tutorial, but because it is paid for (I used credits) I feel this has been a waste of time and money.

You need TF2.6 instead of 2.11 and you must remember to reset the kernel after first cell as instruction says.

tensorflow-data-validation is incompatible with the version of python used in tensorflow 11 notebooks, which is the notebook the instructions tell you to use.

Couldn't install tensorflow-data-validation because the kernel 3.10 isn't yet supported by this lib. And I couldn't change the kernel to 3.9
