Nothing works as expected. Every single todo is either wrongly descripted or just plainly bad descripted. You either want different descriptor and use the correct methods or use more text.

I always have this error: ERROR: Could not install packages due to an OSError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/opt/conda/lib/python3.7/site-packages/protobuf-3.19.6.dist-info/namespace_packages.txt' Consider using the `--user` option or check the permissions. I've restarted the Kernel and re-run the first cel, but I get always the same permissions error
