None of the code blocks work in Labs but same code block if I bring from solutions folder it works. Surprising. Nowadays Notebook creation also fall in infinite loop never complete. All becoming useless.

Couldn't install or import tensorflow data validation module so I couldn't do any of the exercises in this lab. Please fix this. So many labs have this or a similar issue.

I couldn't run it since I couldn't install the packages "ERROR: Could not install packages due to an OSError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/opt/conda/lib/python3.7/site-packages/protobuf-3.19.6.dist-info/namespace_packages.txt' Consider using the `--user` option or check the permissions." But the solution notebook was enough for the explanation, thanks

pip install instructions for tfdv did not work without adding --user flag.
