Most of the lab was good, but the beginning "TO DO"s were terrible. The whole point of a "TO DO" is to be able to figure out the steps on our own, but we need better instructions to be able to do that. E.g., for the first "TO DO" we're told to download our data from Cloud Storage, but in fact we need to read the data in from a CSV file that's in the cloned repo. This is just sloppy and frankly inexcusable on the part of the notebook author.

Small pyarrow.vendored bug when loading dataframe to stats. Fixed by loading data from csv instead of dataframe, hope gets through
