No App Engine in the list. Error during setting python env, had to google it and fix using StackOverflow

Python virtual environment is failing with an error "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'virtualenv.activation.xonsh'". Seeking for a workaround took some time. Upload and deployment takes quite a while. 20 min is insufficient for this Lab if a student wants to make some notes, screenshots and document the Lab.
