Google Cloud Fundamentals : Premiers pas avec App Engine avis

When following the lab and getting to task 2 and copy pasting the first box I get this response from the shell prompt (ive tried to do the lab 3 times but every time this happens, ive made sure to follow every other instruction to the letter): bash: FROM: command not found -bash: WORKDIR: command not found -bash: COPY: command not found -bash: RUN: command not found -bash: RUN: command not found -bash: ENV: command not found -bash: CMD: command not found
