The pip install cell can create some compatibility problems and confusion. When I checked if the library swere installed I found out that they actually where. Must use a debian 10 TF-2.6 Image and zone `us-central1-a` to pass the lab. It will create an old version of feature store, also need to set pyarrow==5.0.0.
