The project was not available in the web I was able to change into it in the CLI using this solution: https://stackoverflow.com/a/46771888 I was not able to move forward as I needed to access the deployed app There was no instance to get an external IP from upon trying this: https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/instances/view-ip-address#viewing_ip_addresses
