Installing beam with the given command didn't work. When installing dependencies, pip tries to build pyarrow from source and fails.

The lab throws an error on the installation of the apache-beam library.

The default Python version has problem installing pyarrow. Thankfully version 2 of python worked. (replaced python3 with python).
