Installing beam with the given command didn't work. When installing dependencies, pip tries to build pyarrow from source and fails.

The default Python version has problem installing pyarrow. Thankfully version 2 of python worked. (replaced python3 with python).

`sudo pip3 install apache-beam[gcp]` did not work. Need to run `sudo pip3 install --upgrade pip` first.
