Unfortunately many steps don't work as described - bigquery and storage modules need to be updated to latest version in pip install, getting errors otherwise - requirements.txt missing db-dtypes for pandas in Cloud Functions - long Cloud Function deploy, doesn't work in the end, raises OOM error generating matplotlib font cache. Need to be redeployed with 512M ram and retried the copy of file into bucket to get updated report.
