task 3 cannot detect pushing

Encountered the same issue as Kornel Zwijacz in the Discussion panel - Unable to check progress on 'Task 3. Integration with Cloud Code', even after following the steps exactly, saving the string change, and triggering the deploy the Run to Kubernetes via Cloud Code, it did not register the task was completed. I submitted multiple subsequent changes and runs, waited and re-tried, but still it did not register.
