GKE cluster did not come up after 35 minutes and failed with a GCE_STOCKOUT error message (see below). I had to choose another zone in my case us-west1-c worked. "Google Compute Engine: Not all instances running in IGM after 35m23.187535982s. Expected 3, running 0, transitioning 3. Current errors: [GCE_STOCKOUT]: Instance 'gke-container-dev-cluste-default-pool-9e054ebe-946p' creation failed: The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-01-4b959feb1c49/zones/us-west1-b' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request.
