Lab did not initialize properly - us-west1 cluster could not be created due to lack of resources. Cancelling lab to retry. Since lab completion is time based, I was able to read through and perform some operations and still get credit. Reasonable workaround

gke-west failed during creation of lab so not everything in lab could be followed. fortunate this isn't a scored lab.

The Lab couldn't start the second cluster.

gke-west was not running due to insufficient resources. Couldn't even start with this lab. Too high load in qwiklabs?
