Lab did not initialize properly - us-west1 cluster could not be created due to lack of resources. Cancelling lab to retry. Since lab completion is time based, I was able to read through and perform some operations and still get credit. Reasonable workaround

gke-west failed during creation of lab so not everything in lab could be followed. fortunate this isn't a scored lab.

Could not finish all tasks as one of the services did not work, only the one in the east work. The west just did not work.
