Most dataproc functionalities seem to be deprecated and the lab does not work. Please remove labs that are no longer applicable.

Dataproc cluster creation is failing repeatedly with error "server was not able to fulfill request". I have added required IAM roles (Dataproc Worker and Storage Admin), but still unable to create cluster. This seems like a quota/resource issue in the lab environment. Unable to complete the lab.
