bqml_tutorial.taxi_tip_input is not any more usable with BQ ML, since column 'airport_fee' are all NULLs.

The model creation will not complete since the "airport_fee" column is almost totally NULL. Need to update the import data query as: "SELECT * EXCEPT(tip_amount, airport_fee), ..."
