The deploy Kubeflow Pipelines step does NOT work. It just hangs forever and will not complete. I am not doing any lab with this in it. Please update your labs.

couldnt ever get the cluster to finish creating, I gave up after waiting for over 20 minutes, I tried creating a new one but I got an insufficient quota error: Error encountered while creating a cluster. Please try again or select an existing cluster. Failure Reason: Error while creating the new cluster - Insufficient regional quota to satisfy request: resource "SSD_TOTAL_GB": request requires '300.0' and is short '300.0'. project has a quota of '500.0' with '0.0' available. View and manage quotas at https://console.cloud.google.com/iam-admin/quotas?usage=USED&project=qwiklabs-gcp-00-8d4c48d123f4. After almost an hour the first cluster was "created" with an error, I deleted it and tried to re create it, same thing happened
