I got these error at initializing the instance: ERROR: (gcloud.iam.service-accounts.create) Resource in projects [qwiklabs-gcp-00-87546d1f8183] is the subject of a conflict: Service account tfx-tuner-caip-service-account already exists within project projects/qwiklabs-gcp-00-87546d1f8183. ERROR: (gcloud.notebooks.instances.create) The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-00-87546d1f8183/zones/us-central1-a' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later. ERROR: (gcloud.compute.instances.delete) Could not fetch resource: - The resource 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-00-87546d1f8183/zones/us-central1-a/instances/startup-vm' was not found

I got this error multiple times "Error encountered while creating a cluster. " .This is really wasting the time.

Not seeing the following - On the page that loads, check the box Allow access to the following Cloud APIs and click the CREATE NEW CLUSTER button.

Lab is hard-coded to require a specific compute region/zone; does not give credit for last 2 checkpoints otherwise. TFX Tuner does not function properly in the optional steps; returns errors when it gets to that part of the run. Currently not possible to complete the lab when the default compute region/zone has no resources. There are other labs that are not locked into a specific region like this, so I think this one should be updated to be more flexible as well if possible.
