The script sh tfx-init.sh shows error at the end for VM creation and deletion. Although creation worked after zone changed to us-east1-b from central, but deletion not. Also after cluster created, on kubeflow config page, it shows OAuth error.

Everything is actually on us-west1 but in the install scripts it only has `us-central1`
