8/18 - Received error, "ERROR: (gcloud.composer.environments.create) Cannot specify --python-version with Composer 2.X or greater."

As many others mentioned, this lab has outdated code. When I tried to use one of the suggested newer versions of image-version composers, I got an error stating Compos 2.X or greater does not allow specifycing --python-version. when i tried to remove python verison, I got another error. With the amount of people giving this bad reviews and clearly stating it doesn't work, I'm surprised there hasn't been something done to fix this.
