Cannot complete, the BQ Split components of the pipeline never finish, even if the bucket is created. Also the cluster creation command line is outdated and does not work.

Couldn't get past the the version requirement. Kept getting an error gcloud container clusters create cluster-1 --zone us-central1-a --cluster-version 1.18.17 --machine-type n1-standard-2 --enable-basic-auth --scopes=https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform.
