An error occurred: Startup of the worker pool in us-east1 failed to bring up any of the desired 1 workers. This is likely a quota issue or a Compute Engine stockout. Not able to complete lab. After the restart of lab I was able to complete it. The aim of lab is not very clear.

Lab is not functional due to external compute engine error. textPayload: "Startup of the worker pool in us-west1 failed to bring up any of the desired 1 workers. This is likely a quota issue or a Compute Engine stockout. The service will retry.
