Steps were not very informative when it came to creating the docker file. The final checkpoint for running the pipeline template in the UI and from gcloud failed despite running and succeeding both times. Pretty poor experience once again.

"Completion Status" of tasks 4 and 5 are determined to be INCOMPLETE, even when the tasks are completed!
