composer takes insanely long to start up, it seems like it compiles python, then k8s, then airflow, all sequentially... the lab has pretty big chunk of setup text to read, it seems like if i triggered the composer instance creation and then started to read (it took me some time) then it would be better because you would not wait for so long.
