A lot of waiting in this one... I don't think it even works. I got an error for retry on the last step of the DAG for publish_test_complete indicating that a Pub/Sub Topic was not found... could be bad networking but I don't want to sit around and find out. Also multiple builds/pipelines that failed on the last step. Not great.

Pipeline failures ate all of the time. All steps completed but failed to publish steps completed. Ran through it twice. Same issue.
