There is an error in the test file for the Streaming pipeline. Line 88: instead of 'assert_that(taxi_counts, equal_to_per_window(EXPECTED_RESULTS))' it is set to 'assert_that(taxi_counts, equal_to(EXPECTED_RESULTS))' and throws an error when trying to execute that test.
