We are asked to run the command below: gcloud projects add-iam-policy-binding $PROJECT_ID --member="serviceAccount:${serviceAccount}" --role="roles/dataflow.worker" However this command does not work when run from the IDE, it needs to be run from a separate Cloud Shell instance, which is not clear from the instructions. (This problem exists in several other Python labs also. In fact, I don't believe the command is even necessary for this particular lab, since we never run the pipelines on Dataflow.) A second issue is that the commented streaming pipeline test uses the `equal_to` function, which is never imported and so leads to an error when uncommented. I believe it should be using the `equal_to_per_window` function.
