There is no such option in current GCP. "Vertex AI > Workbench > Smart Analytics Framework > Apache Beam > Without GPUs"

At step: At the top of the page click New Notebook, and select Smart Analytics Framework , there is no option to choose Smart Analytics Framework. Cannot proceed with this lab.
