Serverless Data Processing with Dataflow - Monitoring, Logging and Error Reporting for Dataflow Jobs Reviews

I always got error while starting the dataflow intance.. Startup of the worker pool in us-west1 failed to bring up any of the desired 1 workers "ZONE_RESOURCE_POOL_EXHAUSTED". Even a fresh new lab. Never did I finish the lab. frustrated
