Serverless Data Processing with Dataflow - Monitoring, Logging and Error Reporting for Dataflow Jobs Reviews

worker pool failed to bring up the eorker vm in us-west1. always a problem with dataflow jobs in labs. I tried with the suggested --worker_disk_type flag as well
