Waited until after midnight local time to attempt the lab again and I finished it in 33 minutes. This resource issue is costing a lot of time and really affecting my ability to function during the day if the only time I can get practice with these labs is in the middle of the night. 2nd try still broken : Startup of the worker pool in zone us-central1-a failed to bring up any of the desired 1 workers.
