The us-central1-a and b failed on creating DataFlow Job and spent my time fixing it. Have an issue on Cloud Build with Trigger solved including line bellow in yml file: options: logging: 'CLOUD_LOGGING_ONLY'

I tried to pass it 2 times. Dataflow job always fail. I tried running Dataflow job in other zones, but always got error: Startup of the worker pool in zone us-central1-a failed to bring up any of the desired 1 workers. Please refer to https://cloud.google.com/dataflow/docs/guides/common-errors#worker-pool-failure for help troubleshooting. ZONE_RESOURCE_POOL_EXHAUSTED: Instance 'wordcount-run-30cef16b-10010644-22zx-harness-w9sb' creation failed: The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-01-fe37b5a51a23/zones/us-central1-b' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later.
