While training a model can be a good thing to show in the lab, I think you need to provide some pre-defined dataset and model in the model registry to speed up the process. 3h and 30min to create a dataset and train a model is a bit too much for just sample purposes

there's got to be a better way to create a model, like a pre-built model that takes just a couple of minutes to deploy/unpack.

it does not make sense to wait 2 hour for a tutorial that we alraedy saw in the video. and my model didn't even train in time. 2:41 hours and it's still training.
