Model training took more than 2 hours and still not completed, when the lab hours is given only 3 hours 30 mins, dataset creation, model training, and deployment all takes more than 3 hours and 30 mins and could not complete the assignment on time. its too slow

Should just provide a trained model. Was unable to finish even training the model (2 hrs and 20 minutes and still not trained) before I had to end the lab.

Sorry this lab is rubbish. The most of the time you wait for training a model. There is no hands on. It would be sufficent to view the Video which basically show exactly the SAME outcomes of this lab.
