I went to check out the actual data file, the pickup_datetime column is missing and there is an hourofday and dayofweek column. It was a bit confusing but trying to modify the model to incorporate a feature cross of the two fields was a pretty good exercise for myself. Sadly did not have time to finish the training before the time limit.

Usual criticism that the TO DO descriptions are too vague - e.g. if you specified the function signature you wanted implemented it would take the guesswork out of the lab.
