Nice feature engineering lab, although it needs a review on the following: (1) minmax is not working, to achieve expected result on Solution notebook normalizer_fn parameter is assigned None; and, (2) notebook should have a graph that shows how feature columns paradigm acts over original dataset to define feature layer of neural network
