had to create first function using gcloud, then ui worked as expected to edit the existing function

1) There needs to be an instruction to reduce max instances of the cloud function 2) Was unable to verify the addition of language api code due to error -> listen EADDRINUSE: address already in use :::8080

rubbish - defaults to 3000 instances and need to change to 5 , worked this out myself not from your instructions ..Plus why not in Python like all the other labs !!!
