It says "Note: It might take a minute or two to create the Cloud Function.", but it took mine 9 minutes. Also, I got this error but ignored it and was still able to access cf.zip. "student-04-f483c1b14ad7@qwiklabs.net does not have storage.objects.list access to the Google Cloud Storage bucket. Permission 'storage.objects.list' denied on resource (or it may not exist)."
