For this step "19. In the Cloud Shell window, copy the HTML file created using the Cloud Shell editor to the virtual machine:" you need to specify a directory change before this, for example, "student_03_f58db48b82ea@cloudshell:~/orchestrate-with-kubernetes (qwiklabs-gcp-03-def8c0bb2ee4)$".
