I already finished Task 3 and added the chart to the shared board but it kept telling me that I hadn't finished it. I even redid 2 more times but still couldn't complete the task.

Again, issues with steps needed differing from instructions. This clearly needs an update around use of Shared folder being replaced with default of Looker/Developer Student. It doesnt allow you to save the extra charts into pre-existing reports in the Shared folder, but will if you move (copy) them to the Student folder.
